How do I place an order on The FR House?
Browse our collection, select your favorite items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete your payment securely through Razorpay or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below ₹2000.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet payments through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available for orders below ₹2000.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not entered the fulfillment process. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, please email us at support@thefrhouse.com with your updated address. We’ll try to make the change before dispatch.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within India.
How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Most orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.
What if my order isn’t delivered?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time, please reach out to us at support@thefrhouse.com with your order ID, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Will all my items ship together?
Some products may be shipped separately due to availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Do you offer custom or gift packaging?
Currently, we do not offer custom packaging options. However, every product is securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, we aim to use eco-conscious materials wherever possible to minimize environmental impact.
What does ‘Manifested’ mean in order tracking?
‘Manifested’ means your shipment has been created and is ready for pickup by our courier partner.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible products within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@thefrhouse.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your returned product passes quality checks.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the received item. We’ll resolve the issue by replacing or refunding your order.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend reviewing the measurements before placing your order.
