This policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed with The FR House.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate or hygiene-related products
- Accessories (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@thefrhouse.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Images (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Reverse pickup is available for select locations. If not available, you may be required to self-ship the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Delays & Exceptions
During peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen events, processing and refund timelines may be slightly extended.
