This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with The FR House are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods or unforeseen delays, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 6–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 8–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier operations, weather conditions, or regional constraints.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:

  • ₹100 shipping charge for orders below ₹999
  • Free shipping on orders ₹1000 and above

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹2000 only
  • A ₹100 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD orders
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹100 shipping + ₹100 COD fee (Total ₹200)
  • Orders ₹1000 and above: Free shipping + ₹100 COD fee

Orders may be verified via call or SMS before dispatch for a smooth delivery experience.

Any applicable shipping and COD charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We recommend prepaid orders for a faster, seamless checkout experience with no additional charges. Prepaid orders are prioritized for quicker dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days, contact us at support@thefrhouse.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. The FR House is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are not possible.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will review the issue and assist with resolution where applicable.

The FR House is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Service Interruptions

Processing and delivery may be affected during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen disruptions. Any major updates will be communicated where possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
